How do I reserve this property? What is the method of payment?

We have an online booking calendar on this website. Select your dates and book via a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund of all your monies paid less a $250 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, you will lose all monies paid unless you purchased travel insurance. You must email us a notice of cancellation.
Do you offer Trip Insurance?
Two types of trip insurance are offered via TravcelGuard during the online booking process. Trip insurance is optional, but we highly recommend buying it. You can review the specific details during the online booking.
Do you require a damage deposit?
No, we do not require a damage deposit. A non-refundable damage insurance fee is included in the total rental cost. The damage insurance will cover reimbursement for non-intentional damages (see terms during the online booking). You will receive the terms and conditions associated with damage coverage upon making your reservation. Please notify us immediately if any damages occur.
How far is this home to the beach? Is the beach access public or Private?
Gulf Place has several deeded beach accesses. Ed Waline public beach is right next door.
Do you supply linens?
Yes. Linens for the property are provided. All bath towels, washcloths, bed sheets, pillow cases, and kitchen towels, are provided. We do not provide beach towels. 
Is WIFI and Cable TV provided?
Yes, free WIFI and cable are provided. The WIFI password will be provided via email or you can get it from our booklet in the house. There is a channel guide in each room with a TV.
Can we check in early, drop off our luggage OR park in the driveway?
As a general rule, no.Our check-in time is at 4 pm CST. Please do not park in the driveway or interrupt the cleaning & inspection staff as they will be preparing multiple properties for guest arrivals. The property has an electronic lock that will coincide with the check-in time. We are on central time, so please plan your trip accordingly.
If the cleaning company finishes early, I will contact you and give you the green light to go in.
Are beach chairs and umbrellas and toys provided? Does the property have a pull wagon?
We provide one beach set up which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. (You can get additional at your expense from the chair company.) Often times people leave chairs our on the screened in porch. You are are welcome to use those, just please hose them off when you return. We do not provide a pull wagon at this time.
Do you supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps?
